The inverter in hoist is mainly composed of rectifier, filter and smooth circuit, inverter and control circuit. The filter smoothing circuit is to reduce the ripple caused by the alternating current in the power network and the fluctuation of the alternating voltage and alternating current after the inverter. INVERTER circuit is to use the control of 6 power switching devices in accordance with a certain duty cycle on and off, so that the frequency of adjustable three-phase electric power and output. In order to ensure the stable operation of the hoisting system and reduce the influence of load change and power supply voltage fluctuation on the operation of the system, the closed-loop speed control with PID regulation and frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted. The double-machine drive system of belt conveyor combines the advantages of power balance control mode, which not only uses the real-time communication of two inverters, but also adds the closed-loop control to ensure the reliability. The working principle of AC-AC frequency converter is simply put, that is, the power frequency three-phase power supply is controlled by several groups of thyristor phase-controlled switches to generate the required variable voltage variable frequency power supply.
